The PCCWM welcomes and supports the amalgamation of these previous two policies into a single policy in line with his previous submissions, and the retention of the criterion (xi) which reads: "In determining any planning applications for hot food takeaways, the Council


will consider any issues concerning community safety, crime, and disorder and will, where necessary, seek advice from the police and other safety organisations'.
